    NCCER Announces 2014 Board of Trustees

    For Immediate Release

    Alachua, Fla.— NCCER has elected Lowell Wiles, vice president, North American Heavy Process Construction Jacobs Field Services NA, Houston, Texas, as its 2014 Board of Trustees’ chairman. Wiles will succeed John Gaylor, presidentand CEO of Gaylor, Inc., Carmel, Indiana, who remains a member of the executive committee. Jerry Rispone, president and CEO of ISC, will serve as the 2014 NCCER vice chairman.

    Other members of the executive committee for the 2014 Board of Trustees’ include Ed Cassady, senior vice president and CFO, Robins & Morton as secretary and Vince Giardina, managing partner, LeGlue & Company, CPAs as treasurer.

    NCCER’s Board of Trustees consists of representatives from contributing contractors, owners, and NCCER partnering associations. All trustees are recognized for their expertise in construction or construction-related issues and serve a one- to three-year term.
