The course includes four days of instruction:
Day 1: Introduction to NCCER training, adult learning, classroom communication, and group dynamics in the classroom.
Day 2: Classroom administration, using NCCER standardized curricula, teaching strategies, and instructional aids.
Day 3: Evaluation techniques, preparations, and performance presentations.
Day 4: Workshop-type session that will help the sponsor representative/assessment administrator understand the NCCER process, program administration, and the documentation associated with it. This session provides answers specific to each organization’s unique needs. Participants will also complete a template of each NCCER form.
