Participants are taught administration, oversight, and organizational policies and procedures for the National Craft Assessment and Certification Program (NCACP). Administrator certification is a requirement for those who wish to act as Primary Administrator for an NCCER Accredited Assessment Center. Once certified, an Administrator may train and certify coordinators and proctors to aid in the delivery of the NCACP.
