PullQuote-GreatPlace“Since joining Faith, I have made positive health choices and changes.” “It’s obvious we are serious about wellness as a company and that sets a good example.” “It is good to know that your employer wants to take an active role in helping you to lead a healthy lifestyle.” These are just a few direct quotes from our latest employee wellness survey at Faith Technologies. Employees are our greatest asset, and we continue to make wellness and safety our top priority in order to create a healthy, safe and overall great place to work! Recognized as one of the top 100 healthiest workplaces in America for the past three years through Healthiest Employers, LLC, Faith has been promoting and investing in workplace wellness since 2004 to support and improve the health, safety, and well-being of employees and their families. This is done through our comprehensive EmpowerYOU wellness program that is customized to our diversified and geographically dispersed workforce. Some of the key areas of focus within our program include free annual biometric health screenings for employees and spouses, a dedicated Faith wellness portal, wellness reward programs, personal health coaching, quarterly wellness challenges onsite fitness centers, and wellness champions at each location to help increase engagement and boost morale. Faith’s program also provides a holistic approach by focusing on components of well-being beyond physical health. Mental health is a growing aspect of our program - when employees are physically and mentally well, they are more likely to have better job performance and less likely to be injured on the job. Various mental health initiatives are communicated throughout the year such as weekly emails during Mental Health Awareness month in May, initiatives focused on the importance of sleep and stress management, as well as large posters displayed throughout the job trailers and offices. These posters feature free mental health resources, including our EAP provider and the mantherapy.org website, as well as the slogan “You Can’t Fix Mental Health Issues With Duct Tape.”   PullQuote-healthFaith’s wellness reimbursement program has been an increasingly valuable benefit for our employees, offering reimbursement for run/walk/bike events, gym memberships, sports leagues, exercise equipment, shoe inserts for work boots, wearable fitness devices, weight management programs and nicotine cessation classes. Adapting a healthy lifestyle can incur additional costs, and we’ve found our employees are much more apt to engage in healthy living with some subsidy of the expenses by Faith. Our employees’ health impacts their ability to work safely, to provide for themselves and their families, and improve the odds of a secure future for many years to come. Faith is proud to provide health and wellness resources to protect our greatest asset — our people!

I work for Faith and am real happy to be part of an organization that is not only focused on job site safety, but also my well being, before, during, and after work. The incentives to be healthy, the benefits and the culture is second to none. I have been inspired to take care of myself and to take positive steps toward good health overall. This was not even on my radar until becoming an employee of Faith Technologies. My wife and I are happy to take advantage of as many offerings as we can to better our lifestyles. We appreciate Alyssa  and all she does for Faith
