Construction Superintendent Certification Program

Earn industry-recognized credentials for your construction superintendents.

We know there's a shortage of skilled craft professionals, but have you looked at your company's experienced front-line management workforce recently? Over a third are estimated to retire in just three years and that jumps to over half of the industry’s management workforce by 2026. As it takes nine to twelve years to go from entry-level to highly experienced professionals, it’s critical to start their education and training now.

To assist contractors in developing and certifying qualified construction superintendent professionals, NCCER is offering a new joint certification with FMI®.

This certification was developed in conjunction with subject matter experts for professionals whose primary role is to oversee the operations of a construction site from planning to completion. This multi-step process helps ensure the construction industry is providing training and recognition for our workforce.
