High School Builder Program Impact Report

From Classrooms
to Careers

In 2025, the High School Builder Program brought CTE programs to 70 US high schools across 26 states, impacting over 3,400 students. With the support of Bechtel Group, DEWALT, Carhartt, Ferguson, and Fluor, NCCER provided essential tools, training and resources to give students what they need to launch careers in construction after graduation.

CareerStarter Impact Report

Connecting Talent
to the Trades

CareerStarter bridges the gap between career exploration and employment, helping over 8,000 job seekers learn more about the construction industry in 2025. Thanks to our partners Procore and Lowe’s Foundation, CareerStarter connects students, veterans, educators and employers, strengthening the construction workforce and transforming lives.

Community Construction Academies Impact Report

Transforming Lives Through Adult Education

Community Construction Academies offer free craft training and credentials to individuals facing challenges including poverty and homelessness. In 2025, these programs trained over 400 new craft professionals across 17 states, helping many individuals find gainful employment while helping to build strong communities.
