Accountability & Results
NCCER ensures that every contribution creates a measurable, meaningful impact.
Every gift tells a story. We show donors the lives they help transform.

Contributions in Action
Our 2024 Annual Report highlights how donor support enables NCCER to expand opportunity through construction education, showcasing the programs made possible and the lives transformed.

From Classrooms
to Careers
In 2024, the High School Builder Program brought CTE programs to 51 under-resourced high schools across 22 states, impacting over 2,000 students. With the support of Bechtel Group Foundation, DEWALT, Carhartt, Construction Angels Foundation and Procore, NCCER provided essential tools, training and resources to give students what they need to launch careers in construction after graduation.

Connecting Talent
to the Trades
CareerStarter bridges the gap between career exploration and employment, helping 4,415 job seekers learn more about the construction industry and secure 142 job placements in 2024. Thanks to our partners Procore and Owens Corning, CareerStarter connects students, educators and employers, strengthening the construction workforce and transforming lives.

Transforming Lives Through Adult Education
Community Construction Academies offer free craft training and credentials to individuals facing challenges including poverty and homelessness. In 2024, these programs trained 201 new craft professionals across 17 cohorts in the three states, helping many individuals find gainful employment while helping to build strong communities.
This program has been verified by Impact Genome, a standardized, independent registry for verifying social impact. View the full report, including benchmarking data, cost-per-outcome, and efficacy metrics.
