How the Program Works
NCCER’s Hard Hat Heroes program offers a streamlined process where veterans can align their Military Occupational Specialties with corresponding NCCER modules, allowing veterans to receive industry-recognized construction credentials.
Through this program, veterans enhance their employability in civilian life. NCCER builds connections to employers for veterans exiting military service, and offer partners the opportunity to promote themselves as a military friendly employer.
