2025 State of the Construction Workforce Shortage [Infographic]

The construction industry continues to face a skilled workforce shortage, according to the 2025 Workforce Survey published by the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). Nearly 1,400 firms completed the survey from a broad cross-section of the construction industry, including union and open shop firms of all sizes.
