No. Individuals will create their own NCCER Account which includes having an NCCER Number generated for them.

Are Registration and Release forms still required?

Individuals must agree to NCCER’s Terms and Conditions as part of the NCCER Account creation process. Completion of the paper Registration and Release form is no longer required.

Do I need to request print-on-demand services for credentials?

Print-on-demand services are automatically available for individuals to print their own credentials and for organizations to print credentials for their training and assessment programs.

Will NCCER still print credentials and mail them to my organization?

An organization can opt in to have NCCER print and deliver their credentials.

Will NCCER be offering training on the new systems?

While NCCER will not be offering formal ‘system training’, there will be numerous support documents including product tours/videos, how-to documents and infographics.
