National Center for Construction Education & Research
Requirements to sit for written assessment: three years minimum experience in a supervisory role. (As with all NCCER assessments, the accredited assessment center is responsible for providing proof of experience on demand by NCCER and during audits.)
Candidates are NOT required to have engaged in or completed NCCER-specific training. However, NCCER strongly recommends completing a course of training equivalent to the referenced training found in the assessment specifications.
Organizations may use their own curriculum to prepare candidates for the NCCER assessment by aligning their programs to the specifications outlined on the NCCER Project Superintendent Specifications Sheet.
