In the construction industry, time is at a premium. To maximize the hidden hours on a job site that might otherwise be wasted, ISC Constructors used CraftPro to offer flexible, mobile training.
Utilizing CraftPro’s convenient digital structure and rich, practical instructional videos, ISC was able to upskill its apprentices and employees without needing to set up or travel to in-person teaching facilities. During unproductive times like weather delays, ISC’s apprentices and craft professionals could make progress on their training or get a quick refresher on a specific skill, right on the jobsite.
ISC employees have already logged more than 1,000 hours in the CraftPro app, and the company is rolling out full deployment of the training tool to all 2,000 members of its craft workforce.
