The National Center of Construction Education and Research (NCCER) is excited to announce a fundraising event with jewelry maker Kendra Scott in support of NCCER’s efforts to recruit more women to the construction industry.
Women currently only account for 10.9% of the construction industry workforce. With an expected shortage of 1.9 million craft professionals through 2025, there is a tremendous opportunity for women to get involved in an industry that offers competitive wages, freedom to travel and endless opportunity for career growth.
