NCCER’s enhanced Assessment Platform makes it easier than ever to launch tests and manage your test-takers with the proctor console. All assessment staff roles and permissions are managed through the Registry system.

Extended Support Hours

Customer service has extended hours to support testing emergencies (such as when a test-taker is ready to test and has technical difficulties) from:

  • 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. EDT
  • 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. EDT
