National Center for Construction Education & Research
NCCER’s National Craft Assessment and Certification Program was designed by industry professionals to help bridge the gap in workforce competence. The program provides assessment of journey-level competence and skills of craft professionals based on industry accepted standards for each craft through knowledge and performance evaluations. The NCACP also enables contractors to verify the qualifications of potential employees, track the skills and development of their workforce and provide upgrade training in specific areas of need.
The following assessments can be administered by any NCCER Accredited Assessment Center. To search a list of assessment centers that are open to the public click here. NOTE: Click on the assessment title to see the Assessment Specification Sheet which contains the topic areas tested, number of questions in each topic area, total number of questions, passing score, allotted testing time, allowed reference materials (if applicable), if a performance verification is available and more.
